ASUU reveals when strike will be called off

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has disclosed what the Federal Government must urgently in order to end its lingering industrial action. In a chat with Dailypost, on Monday night, the National President of ASUU, Prof. Biodun Ogunyemi, said the strike will be called off as soon as the Federal Government meets it renewed demands.
Ogunyemi also said that ASUU will convey the outcome of it’s consultations to government and once government implements its resolution, the strike would be called off. According to Ogunyemi: “ASUU will call off as soon as the Federal Government meets its demand. The government has proposed what they want to do so we will respond after consultation. “We will convey the points of our consultation to them tomorrow (today) and as soon as we do that, we expect them to address the minimum demand because ASUU has pencilled down their demands but what government gave was too low for them and that is why they have rejected their proposal. “ASUU is now g…

Postgraduate Acceptance Fee/Registration of MOUAU Newly Admitted

Follow the guideline below to commence. (i) After confirming your admission, proceed to generate RRR code for acceptance fee of Twenty five thousand (25,000) Naira only online (Ensure the RRR code bears your name). (ii) After paying Acceptance fees, Student proceeds to MOUAU PG SCHOOL for screening and collection of hardcopy of admission letter. (iii) Once screened by PG School, Admission clearance notification and FEE Advice (to be collected at room E11) is issued to student. (iv) Admitted PG Student drops a copy of Admission clearance Notification at MOUAU Portal office at PG ICT room to enable PORTAL mark him/her as cleared, and proceed to pay School Charges. NEC Finally Cancels 2015 WAEC Withheld Results (IF your Result was Withheld Check Here)

The Nigeria Examinations Committee (NEC), at its 60th general meeting, cancelled the results of candidates involved in examination malpractices during the 2015 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).

The meeting was held on Wednesday 11th and Thursday 12th November, 2015 at Excellence Hotel & Conference Centre, Ogba – Lagos.
In a statement signed by the Public Affairs Officer of WAEC, Mr Damianus Ojijeogu, the committee received reports on Special, Irregularity and Clemency Cases on the November/December 2014 WASSCE as well as Irregularity Cases arising from the conduct of the May/June 2015 WASSCE.
The statement added that the Committee endorsed appropriate sanctions in all established cases of malpractice as prescribed by the Rules and Regulations governing the conduct of the Council’s examinations after diligent deliberations.
