James, How Can I Grow It Without Pills and Other Nasty Stuff? – Exercises, Simple as That #1 – “The Ultimate Stretcher” Must See Video of Mike Salvini – The Expert on Male Enhancement Workouts – on How Big Gains You Can Expect A worthwhile tactic for adding inches to your size involves just stretching your flaccid “little buddy” out. You can do this by following 5 simple steps: 1. Grasp the head of your phallus (glans) firmly. Pay attention not to cut off too much blood circulation (you should not feel any discomfort). 2. Pull and stretch it outwards in front of you with enough force to feel painless stretch inside the shaft and base of your willy. 3. Hold it in that position for 10 to 30 seconds. 4. Rest for a while and then repeat. 5. Do this daily for 5 to 10 minutes. Extra tip: You should stretch it to all sides – up in the direction of your stomach, down between your thighs, to the left and the right as well. Do this for the same amount of time as instructed above. #2 – “The Thumb Stretcher” Click on the Image Above to Watch the Most Popular Video on Youtube! Over 3,700,000 Views! You Will Really Like It! Here’s slightly different stretching workout you should add to your regime as well: 1. Grasp the tip of your “manhood” with one hand. 2. Hold it firmly, but naturally! Again, do not cut off too much blood circulation or cause yourself any discomfort. 3. Use your other hand to place thumb at the base of your penis. 4. Then start to pull it away until you feel that stretch in it. 5. Hold this position for around 10-15 seconds, then release. 6. Have a short break and then repeat this whole process again. 7. You can continue doing this for 2½ up to 5 minutes in one session. My advice: You can do one or two sessions during the day. I highly suggest using one of the most popular penis extenders for more efficient stretching! #3 – “The Backwards Method” This technique is rather dangerous and potentially harmful so seek some advice from professional guides I mention after the 8th technique. All you need to do in the Backwards Method is to follow these steps: 1. Pull the skin of your cock backward towards your body with your thumbs. 2. Your other fingers will be providing support under your shaft. 3. Hold this position in a firm manner for ten seconds. 4. Have a short break and then repeat above steps. 5. All you need should be 5 minutes a day. For 16 AWESOME and efficient ways to increase the size of your penis, check out my updated guide: 16+ Quick Ways to Make Your Penis Bigger Right Now! #4 – “The Opposite Pull” The Opposite pull is an exercise that might make you flinch a little just reading about it! However, make no mistake, as it’s very effective and will increase your size. All you need to do is just follow 6 simple steps: 1. With your right hand, grasp the tip of your flaccid phallus. 2. Put your left hand on the beginning of your base. 3. Then, as horrifying as it may sound, pull with both hands in opposite directions for 10 seconds at a time. 4. You should feel the stretching inside of your shaft. 5. You can take a short break and then repeat. 6. Do this for 5 minutes a day. Safety tip: Don’t continue if you feel any pain or discomfort. What is more, don’t do this without proper and detailed guidance by enhancement experts (see the end of 8th technique). #5 – “The Kegels” Click on the image to learn more. It’s common knowledge that Kegel exercises are beneficial to women´s health in a variety of ways. However, very few men know that you can make your dick look larger just by maintaining more control over the erection itself! All you need to do is the following: 1. Identify and locate your Pubococcygeus (PC) muscle by trying a method of stopping your urine flow naturally. 2. Once found, you will need to start contracting the PC muscle daily around 20-30 times. 3. Once you master these, you should go for more contractions per day and session. Pay attention: Eventually, you’ll be able to not only feel, but to control the muscle itself! There are various regimes you could try out with the help of a mobile application that is available for free download at the end of this article. This workout will lead to a noticeable boost in length and girth of your erections as more blood will flow to your dick. Trust me that your girl will be aware of your gains and your rock-hard boners! You can read more about kegel exercises in my comprehensive guide here. You will discover 5 health benefits of kegels and 4 awesome ways to work out! EPIC Post – Kegels: A Guide to Better… Everything. Click on The Image Above to Read AWESOME Guide on Doing Kegels. You Will Learn a Lot! Check It Out and Then Come Back for More! #6 – “The Jelqing Method” (Milking) Watch the Video Above and Learn All About Jelqing, the Ultimate Technique for Improving Length! Before starting with the sixth workout on this list make sure that you’re already at least semi- erect (between ½ and ¾ of your maximum erection power). If you do this technique in a flaccid state, you will achieve no gains while doing this with complete boner will result in some tissue and nerve damage! Click on the image to learn more. Now you have to follow these steps: 1. Lubricate yourself a lot (use oil based lube). 2. With your right hand make an OK sign and grasp the base of your little buddy. 3. Then “massage” your phallus by pulling your right hand slowly outwards from your base up to its head (pay attention to not jelq your glans as you may lose sensation in it). 4. Switch your hands and repeat the movement. The benefit of doing this is that you’re trapping and pushing blood from your base to the glans and in that way enlarging the whole size of your shaft. 5. You can repeat it as much as you please, but I would not go into extreme and recommend to stop as soon as you start to feel any discomfort. My advice: As a beginner, consider a lower number of repetitions and then increase this amount gradually in one session. By the way, I have published an excellent and easy-to- follow guide on Jelqing . #7 – “The Circular Rotation” Click on the image to learn more. This technique is very similar to the first exercise on this list. However, there are some differences you need to pay attention to. You will need to follow these steps: 1. Use your right hand to bring your dick outwards. 2. Grasp your glans firmly but gently. 3. Then you need to start stretching and rotate your little buddy at the same time. 4. You should do this for 30 seconds for clockwise direction. 5. Then you can switch your hands (if you want to) and repeat that movement for another 30 seconds in the counter- clockwise direction. 6. All this makes for one session, and you can do five a day. You might want to check out my list of best selling pills that will help you make your penis grow: Top 5 Male Enhancement Pills on the Market . #8 – “The Weight- Lifter” Click on the image to learn more. Some experts recommend that you should avoid this method for safety reasons , but if done properly, and in moderation, this exercise can have REALLY positive effects on your penile size. It has been popularized over the years by Japanese, and it has indeed been proven to work on several occasions. However, it is advisable to try all of the other workouts listed above as first. Here are 4 tips worth taking into consideration: 1. Always try this method on your flaccid “manhood”. 2. Attach a particular weight to it that has been created solely for this purpose (the best are “ Bib Hanger ” and “ LG Hanger “). 3. This will force it to stretch downwards like in other techniques mentioned here already. 4. Doing this should make your dick size larger gradually – in a permanent way. Pay attention: You should consider doing a little more research before attempting this as it’s potentially very harmful! Bonus #1 – Penis Exercises to Longer Lasting Erections & Enlarge the Penis Click on the Image Above to Watch the Video by Adina Rivers! Over 6,300,000 Views! You Will Really Like It! Bonus #2 – Frequently Asked Questions FAQ #1: Why you should pursue penis enlargement at all? Well, the question is why shouldn´t you? Doing penis exercises can boost not only your length and girth but even the health of your penis (especially blood circulation and erection quality). Keep in mind: As long as both you and your partner have a satisfying sex life and are happy with your penis size, there is no need to undergo the lengthy process of permanent penis enlargement. FAQ #2: How do penis enlargement exercises work? Penis enlargement works on the same principle as gaining new muscles when you work out in the gym. When exercising your muscles (or your penile tissue), you create microtears in your tissues. Your body then tries to fill in and repair these tearings and promotes cell growth in that area. This way, your muscles grow. Pay attention: This same principle is valid with regards to penis growth. There are even research studies confirming that traction-based stretching can enlarge your penis permanently. FAQ #3: Are these exercises safe? Luckily, the answer is yes – these exercises are completely safe as long as you follow main safety rules (as with any other exercise program): Starting slow and steady is crucial. Never skip warming up and warming down phases. You need to pay attention to the physiological processes and indicators your body shows to you (weak morning erections, soreness, red spots – all signs you should not train that hard). Pay attention: If you have any health concerns, worries or further questions, do not hesitate to speak with medical professional before you try any new exercises. FAQ #4: What injuries can I experience? If you overdo your training session, you can expect that some damage will happen. These are the most common ones: Spotting on the penis head Blisters Penis exhaustion Blood from penis Thrombosed vein Clogged lymph vessels Problems with foreskin Penis not sensitive or overly sensitive Erectile dysfunction Keep in mind: Even when you work out in the gym and you are forcing yourself too much, you can injure yourself. Working out your penis is the same – overdo it and you are facing an injury. FAQ #5: How big can I get with penis enlargement exercises? Most guys experience one-inch growth in length and over a half-inch increase in girth pretty easily, but to be honest, you can get as big as you want. However, your results and the speed at which you will achieve your end goals are individual and depend on following aspects: Workout regime you choose Dedication to routines you choose Your genetic ability to cope with tissue changes Keep in mind: You can find a lot of guys on forums dedicated to penis enlargement who gained much more than the numbers I have stated above. FAQ #6: Are the results of your effort permanent? Luckily, your gains are permanent. Once you reach your desired size, you can stop your exercise regime (under some conditions). However, doing some light penis workouts is good to maintain its proper health and erection quality. Keep in mind: Once you reach your desired size (phase one), you need to continue with the second phase during which you will make your gains permanent (also known as cementing your gains). FAQ #7: How fast can I achieve permanent results? Guys, you need to realize that these manual exercises will not deliver results overnight because we are dealing with a daily growth on a cellular basis. Therefore, achieving first visible gains will take around two to three weeks. After that time, you should feel much firmer erections while also you should be able to observe first size growth. However, most guys report that the biggest growth they have experienced was between the third and sixth month of consistent and regular exercising. Pay attention: You will experience growth even after your sixth month, however, further gains will be a little bit slower. FAQ #8: Do you have to buy expensive equipment? Luckily, for a successful and permanent size gains, you do not have to buy anything as long as you have two healthy hands. However, various tools and devices dedicated to male enhancement will make the whole process faster and much more comfortable. Here are the best devices you can consider getting your hands on: Hydro-based penis pumps (I recommend Bathmate or Penomet ) that will allow for a workout session while you take a shower or bath. Penis extenders (my top three choices would be SizeGenetics, Male Edge or JesExtender, and Phallosan Forte) that will stretch your penis under your clothes all while you do your daily activities. Keep in mind: You can achieve good results even without these devices as long as you do manual exercises (explained in this article) consistently and correctly. However, it will take you more time and effort. FAQ #9: How about pills? Will they enlarge your penis? Sadly, an answer to this question is not a definitive YES or NO. Let me explain this a little bit more. There is no magical pill that will make your penis grow permanently on its own. If you have problems with erection and poor blood flow into your penis, then you may feel that after taking penis enlargement pills your penis has grown. In reality, you have only reached your maximum penis size thanks to more blood coming to your penis (because of improved blood flow). However, many guys point out the positive role of taking male enhancement pills during your penis workout regime as a nutritional support for achieving even better results faster. Pay attention: I have reviewed a lot of male enhancement pills on the market these days and the best brand I have stumbled upon is called Male Extra . I highly recommend it as a nutritional support while doing penis exercises for faster and even better results. Bonus #3 – Further Resources 1. Your Penis Didn’t Come With a Manual. #5 – “The Kegels”
Click on the image to learn more.
It’s common knowledge that Kegel exercises are
beneficial to women´s health in a variety of
ways.
However, very few men know that you can make
your dick look larger just by maintaining more
control over the erection itself!
All you need to do is the following:
1. Identify and locate your Pubococcygeus
(PC) muscle by trying a method of stopping
your urine flow naturally.
2. Once found, you will need to start
contracting the PC muscle daily around
20-30 times.
3. Once you master these, you should go for
more contractions per day and session.
Pay attention: Eventually, you’ll be able to not
only feel, but to control the muscle itself! There
are various regimes you could try out with the
help of a mobile application that is available for
free download at the end of this article.
This workout will lead to a noticeable boost in
length and girth of your erections as more blood
will flow to your dick. Trust me that your girl will
be aware of your gains and your rock-hard
boners!
You can read more about kegel exercises in my
comprehensive guide here. You will discover 5
health benefits of kegels and 4 awesome ways
to work out!

#6 – “The Jelqing
Method” (Milking)
Watch the Video Above and Learn
All About Jelqing, the Ultimate
Technique for Improving Length!
Before starting with the sixth workout on this
list make sure that you’re already at least semi-
erect (between ½ and ¾ of your maximum
erection power).
If you do this technique in a flaccid state, you
will achieve no gains while doing this
with complete boner will result in some tissue
and nerve damage!
Click on the image to learn more.
Now you have to follow these steps:
1. Lubricate yourself a lot (use oil based lube).
2. With your right hand make an OK sign and
grasp the base of your little buddy.
3. Then “massage” your phallus by pulling your
right hand slowly outwards from your base
up to its head (pay attention to not jelq your
glans as you may lose sensation in it).
4. Switch your hands and repeat the
movement. The benefit of doing this is that
you’re trapping and pushing blood from your
base to the glans and in that way enlarging
the whole size of your shaft.
5. You can repeat it as much as you please,
but I would not go into extreme and
recommend to stop as soon as you start to
feel any discomfort.
My advice: As a beginner, consider a lower
number of repetitions and then increase this
amount gradually in one session. By the way, I
have published an excellent and easy-to-
follow guide on Jelqing .
#7 – “The Circular
Rotation”
Click on the image to learn more.
This technique is very similar to the first
exercise on this list. However, there are some
differences you need to pay attention to.
You will need to follow these steps:
1. Use your right hand to bring your dick
outwards.
2. Grasp your glans firmly but gently.
3. Then you need to start stretching and rotate
your little buddy at the same time.
4. You should do this for 30 seconds for
clockwise direction.
5. Then you can switch your hands (if you
want to) and repeat that movement for
another 30 seconds in the counter-
clockwise direction.
6. All this makes for one session, and you can
do five a day.

#8 – “The Weight-
Lifter”
Click on the image to learn more.
Some experts recommend that you should avoid
this method for safety reasons , but if done
properly, and in moderation, this exercise can
have REALLY positive effects on your penile
size.
It has been popularized over the years by
Japanese, and it has indeed been proven to
work on several occasions. However, it is
advisable to try all of the other workouts listed
above as first.
Here are 4 tips worth taking into consideration:
1. Always try this method on your flaccid
“manhood”.
2. Attach a particular weight to it that has
been created solely for this purpose (the
best are “ Bib Hanger ” and “ LG Hanger “).
3. This will force it to stretch downwards like
in other techniques mentioned here already.
4. Doing this should make your dick size larger
gradually – in a permanent way.
Pay attention: You should consider doing a little
more research before attempting this as it’s
potentially very harmful!

Bonus #2 – Frequently
Asked Questions
FAQ #1: Why you should
pursue penis enlargement
at all?
Well, the question is why shouldn´t you? Doing
penis exercises can boost not only your length
and girth but even the health of your penis
(especially blood circulation and erection
quality).
Keep in mind: As long as both you and your
partner have a satisfying sex life and are happy
with your penis size, there is no need to
undergo the lengthy process of permanent penis
enlargement.
FAQ #2: How do penis
enlargement exercises
work?
Penis enlargement works on the same principle
as gaining new muscles when you work out in
the gym. When exercising your muscles (or your
penile tissue), you create microtears in your
tissues.
Your body then tries to fill in and repair these
tearings and promotes cell growth in that area.
This way, your muscles grow.
Pay attention: This same principle is valid with
regards to penis growth. There are even
research studies confirming that traction-based
stretching can enlarge your penis permanently.
FAQ #3: Are
these exercises safe?
Luckily, the answer is yes – these exercises are
completely safe as long as you follow main
safety rules (as with any other exercise
program):
Starting slow and steady is crucial.
Never skip warming up and warming down
phases.
You need to pay attention to the
physiological processes and indicators your
body shows to you (weak morning erections,
soreness, red spots – all signs you should
not train that hard).
Pay attention: If you have any health concerns,
worries or further questions, do not hesitate to
speak with medical professional before you try
any new exercises.
FAQ #4: What injuries can
I experience?
If you overdo your training session, you can
expect that some damage will happen. These
are the most common ones:
Spotting on the penis head
Blisters
Penis exhaustion
Blood from penis
Thrombosed vein
Clogged lymph vessels
Problems with foreskin
Penis not sensitive or overly sensitive
Erectile dysfunction
Keep in mind: Even when you work out in the
gym and you are forcing yourself too much, you
can injure yourself. Working out your penis is
the same – overdo it and you are facing an
injury.
FAQ #5: How big can I get
with penis enlargement
exercises?
Most guys experience one-inch growth in length
and over a half-inch increase in girth pretty
easily, but to be honest, you can get as big as
you want.
However, your results and the speed at which
you will achieve your end goals are individual
and depend on following aspects:
Workout regime you choose
Dedication to routines you choose
Your genetic ability to cope with tissue
changes
Keep in mind: You can find a lot of guys on
forums dedicated to penis enlargement who
gained much more than the numbers I have
stated above.
FAQ #6: Are the results of
your effort permanent?
Luckily, your gains are permanent. Once you
reach your desired size, you can stop your
exercise regime (under some conditions).
However, doing some light penis workouts is
good to maintain its proper health and erection
quality.
Keep in mind: Once you reach your desired size
(phase one), you need to continue with the
second phase during which you will make your
gains permanent (also known as cementing your
gains).
FAQ #7: How fast can I
achieve permanent
results?
Guys, you need to realize that these manual
exercises will not deliver results overnight
because we are dealing with a daily growth on
a cellular basis. Therefore, achieving first visible
gains will take around two to three weeks.
After that time, you should feel much firmer
erections while also you should be able to
observe first size growth.
However, most guys report that the biggest
growth they have experienced was between the
third and sixth month of consistent and regular
exercising.
Pay attention: You will experience growth even
after your sixth month, however, further gains
will be a little bit slower.
FAQ #8: Do you have to
buy expensive
equipment?
Luckily, for a successful and permanent size
gains, you do not have to buy anything as long
as you have two healthy hands. However,
various tools and devices dedicated to male
enhancement will make the whole process
faster and much more comfortable.
Here are the best devices you can consider
getting your hands on:
Hydro-based penis pumps (I recommend
Bathmate or Penomet ) that will allow for a
workout session while you take a shower or
bath.
Penis extenders (my top three choices
would be SizeGenetics, Male
Edge or JesExtender, and Phallosan Forte)
that will stretch your penis under your
clothes all while you do your daily activities.
Keep in mind: You can achieve good results
even without these devices as long as you do
manual exercises (explained in this article)
consistently and correctly. However, it will take
you more time and effort.
FAQ #9: How about pills?
Will they enlarge your
penis?
Sadly, an answer to this question is not a
definitive YES or NO. Let me explain this a little
bit more. There is no magical pill that will make
your penis grow permanently on its own.
If you have problems with erection and poor
blood flow into your penis, then you may feel
that after taking penis enlargement pills your
penis has grown. In reality, you have only
reached your maximum penis size thanks to
more blood coming to your penis (because of
improved blood flow).
However, many guys point out the positive role
of taking male enhancement pills during your
penis workout regime as a nutritional support for
achieving even better results faster.
Pay attention: I have reviewed a lot of male
enhancement pills on the market these days
and the best brand I have stumbled upon is
called Male Extra . I highly recommend it as a
nutritional support while doing penis exercises
for faster and even better results.

10 Things Successful People Do to Maintain The Success.

Success is not a one time thing. It is something that do regularly to still maintain that level of success you must have achieved.

#1 Tackle One Thing At A Time
Sure it’s great to be that office multi-tasker , helping everyone out. But studies have shown that when our attention is divided between tasks our attention to detail falls short.
Of course, your tasks will sometimes get interrupted. Some of us are super busy, but if you try doing one thing for at least 20 minutes you’ll see how much your work improves when your focus is narrowed.
<br>
#2 Get Home Early
There’s always going to be late nights at the office on occasion but the last thing you want to do is make them the norm. Know when to put your pen down so to speak and leave. Being at home with your family or flatmates with time to relax can lower your stress levels after a crazy day.

#3 Don’t Scrimp On Sleep
Science has shown us that when we’re super overtired we have the same brain function as someone who has been drinking! You don’t want to be that person in the office. Getting a good night’s sleep helps you deal with stress and figure out the infinite issues that daily life brings.
Sleeping in on the weekend,
unfortunately, doesn’t count for 5 hour nights during the week. Make sure to get at least 7 if not 8 every night.

#4 Don’t Skip Meals
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And so is lunch. And dinner! You do need to get all three. If we don’t have enough food, our bodies conserve energy for the most basic of functions. Which will make you feel drained mentally and physically. Load up on healthy fruit and vegetables , complex carbohydrates and try to get some protein in at every meal.

#5 Water, Water, Water!
Water is so, so important for you every day. Even if you get a tiny bit dehydrated you’ll start to feel a headache coming on, your brain function will dip; you might even feel hungry when you’re not. Hello, regrettable afternoon biscuit run! Keep a big bottle on your desk and aim to refill it at least once if not twice a day.

#6 Stay Moving
Successful people understand that their mental strength is tied to their physical strength. They use that to their advantage.
They work out to solve problems and relieve stress. It’s the best way to free up some mental space!

#7 Write Everything Down
Carry a notebook around with you and write down anything work related that you don’t understand or any terms you’re not familiar with. Research them later, either on your own or by asking your boss. Knowledge is power and the more knowledge you have the easier your job will become. People will turn to you for advice or help – even before you’re promoted above them!

#8 Refrain From The Inbox
Whilst it might seem wise to keep an eye on your emails all day, make sure it doesn’t rule your life. Some employees will be tied down to it, but if it’s not your full job you shouldn’t be a slave to it. Try to make it a habit that you only check it a few times unless you’re waiting on something urgent. The inbox can draw us away from our tasks so allow sometime for checking then move on.

#9 Dress For The Part
People always look successful before they are successful. That old adage, “ dress for the job you want , not the one you have” is so true. Do whatever you have to do to make sure you look professional at all times. Wear makeup and try to style your hair every day if your career demands it. Otherwise, ensure you’re clean and well-groomed. These things go a long way when your superiors are discussing whether you’re suited to that higher role.

#10 Leave Time To Unwind!
This one is definitely as important as the rest and fun! Working hard to get a promotion or get your business off the ground is all important, but you should make sure you still leave time for yourself.
Catch up with friends, see that movie, go shopping or out to a nice dinner. These things improve your outlook on life and your emotional stability and in turn, will help to make you that successful person you know you can be!

4 Things You have to Pass an Affirmation Screening

Numerous applicants have been inquiring questions on the sort of arrangements they require in front of their foundations' affirmation screening exercise.
Like you definitely know, the screening as stipulated by JAMB will include the confirmation of your records and physical examination of the applicants.
As we have constantly done, we might want to utilize this medium to update you concerning what is anticipated from you in planning towards the screening activity of your foundation.
For clarity and accentuation, I might want to present them as visual cues.

A. Get Your O-level Results Ready:
Hopefuls are required to show
duplicates of their O-level Certificates or Proclamation of Results acquired in not more than two sittings.
Something else you ought to know is that on the off chance that it is up to four years you sat for your O-level examination, your establishment will probably oblige you to introduce the Original Certificate of the O-level examination rather than proclamation of results since it is normal that your Original Certificate ought to be prepared following four years.
In this way, on the off chance that you sat for your O-level
examination four years prior and past, it is fitting to go get your O-level Certificate(s) prepared before the screening activity of your foundation. For those, whose O-level endorsements are not yet accessible, they can exhibit their announcement of result. For such competitors, they may need to give result checking scratch card (NECO, WAEC, NABTEB, as material).
For competitors as yet sitting tight for the arrival of their outcomes, you can run for the screening with your O-level enlistment slip.
Concerning the blend of results, hopefuls can join comes about regardless of the fact that it is from various examination bodies e.g WAEC and NECO. In any case, your establishment may not permit you to consolidate NABTEB results with WAEC or NECO results.

B. Figure out whether You Have the Right Subjects For Your Course of Study: To think about your course of study in any foundation, you are required to have at least 5 credit goes in the pertinent O-level subjects. Numerous hopefuls are not certain if their O-level subjects count with the course they expect to concentrate on. Every course of study has particular subjects a competitors must credit before he/she meets all requirements for confirmation in that specific course. To figure out whether you have the pertinent subjects for your course of study, take after the progressions underneath;
On the off chance that you are at present utilizing an android
telephone or gadget, click here
i. On the page that opens, click on
"introduce" (you can keep perusing the directions underneath while the establishment is in advancement. This may take a few moments)
ii. After the establishment, open the application and snap on the "Pillar Brochure" catch
iii. Click on your Faculty (It is normal that you ought to know the Faculty your course falls under), this will open a rundown of courses accessible in that staff. On the off chance that your course is not on the rundown, backpedal and tap on a related personnel to check for your course of study.
iv. Click on your course of decision and sit tight for the page to stack. When it loads, look down to the segment that designates "O-level Requirements" and read through
to decide the subject you should get credit goes to fit the bill for confirmation in your course of study.
For non-android telephones/Computer
Frameworks , Access the online JAMB pamphlet and take after strides iii – iv as portrayed previously.

C. Different records you have To display: Notwithstanding your O-level results, you are to display different reports which  incorporates the accompanying;
i. Birth Certificate or Affidavit of Age
Affirmation
ii. Support Original Result Slip. In the event that you don't have this report, click here to get yours
iii. Screening Registration Slip (for those that enlisted online)
iv. Nearby Government of Origin (this can be gotten at your LGA Secretariat or Headquarters).

D. Physical examination: JAMB revealed that applicants will similarly be inspected in view of appearance to know whether they are cultists or "future cultists". That sounds entertaining (LOL) I consider how you can tell who is a cultist or who might likely be one just by taking a gander at the individual's face unless you are a crystal gazer or a prophet.
In any case, hopefuls ought to
guarantee they dress formal to the screening exercise. Try not to put on anything that will may make you look unreliable. In the event that you have tattoos or piercings on your body, ensure they are evacuated or well secured before showing up for the screening.
On the off chance that you have extra inquiries concerning this, you can utilize the remark box to pose your questions.

MORE CLARIFICATIONS ON REGISTRATION FOR 2016 UNN POST-JAMB SCREENING EXERCISE

It has become necessary to make regular
updates on the registration for the
forthcoming 2016 UNN post-JAMB
Screening exercise. The following points
should be noted carefully:
1. Original JAMB Result Slip may be
necessary and more preferable but is
certainly not compulsory. If you haven’t
got it, just go ahead and use your normal
Jamb result slip as you printed it when
you checked your result. A colored copy
would just be nice.
2. Many who didn’t even write the First
School Leaving Examination are lying on
oath (Affidavit) that they lost it. Is that
really necessary? If you haven’t written
the FSL exam, you can use your primary
school testimonial in the space provided
for FSLC. If your own case is that you
don’t even have a primary school
testimonial, you can go back to your
school and get a letter to that effect,
addressed to whom it may concern (must
be a letterhead duly signed by your
headmaster/mistress) or just go ahead
and swear an affidavit.
3. Do your best to ensure that the name on
your Birth Certificate corresponds with
the one on your WAEC/NECO/JAMB and
school testimonial. Bearing different
names in your documents may lead to
suspicion and disqualification.
4. Get your LGA Identification Letter from
your LGA Headquarters or council office.
Maybe I also need to tell you that it is
different from State Identification letter.
5. If you don’t have a valid e-mail address,
it’s time to create one. You can get an
account with Gmail or Ymail as you
prefer. You will definitely need the e-mail
account for many reasons as an
undergraduate but for now, use it to save
your scanned documents to avoid
spending money repeating the scanning
for any reasons in the future.
6. Many have complained that it’s difficult
(or is it impossible) to make use of two
results as the uploading doesn’t work.
Well, in that case, it is very advisable to
make use of one sitting if you credited all
your needed O’level subjects in one.
7. When you go to scan your documents,
ensure that they are very clear and
visible. Save in jpeg format (otherwise,
save as PNG file). Remember to rename
your documents after they are saved
(e.g. you can name your birth certificate
as birth certificate _64673454gh and so
on). This will ensure that you don’t
encounter any issues…
8. The portal for UNN post-JAMB Screening
registration may remain open till Tuesday,
July 26th, 2016. But just do your best to
register in the shortest possible time.
9. Remember to remain prayerful even
though you were posted by JAMB for
admission consideration. Those who
weren’t posted but scored up to 200, do
ensure that you also register. You won’t
have issues…
Wishing you all the very Best,

4 Cool Things You Probably Never Knew Your Android Phone Could Do

There are a few things that can be
done in times of grave emergencies
– Your mobile phone can
actually be a life saver or an
emergency tool for survival.
Check out the things that you can do
with it:-
1. Have you locked your keys in the
car? Does your car have remote
keyless entry? This may come in
handy someday. Good reason to own
a cell phone: If you lock your keys in
the car and the spare keys are at
home, call someone at home
on their mobile phone from your cell
phone. Hold your cell phone about a
foot from your car door and have the
person at your home press the unlock
button,
holding it near the mobile phone on
their end. Your car will unlock. Saves
someone from having to drive your
keys to you. Distance is no object.
You could be hundreds of miles
away, and if you can reach someone
who has the other ‘ remote ‘
for your car, you can unlock the
doors (or the trunk)…
2. Hidden Battery Power Imagine
your mobile battery is very low.
To activate, press the keys *3370#
Your mobile will restart with this
reserve and the instrument will show
a 50% increase in battery. This
reserve will get charged when you
charge your mobile next time.
3. Make your phone snappy with
faster animations One of the most
common complaints about Android is
“lagginess.” For whatever reason
Google has never been able to
get Android on the same buttery
smooth level as iOS or even Windows
Phone. In the last few versions they
have made
some serious improvements, but if
you still feel like your phone is a little
laggy there is a trick for speeding
things up.
Google has hidden some secret
developer options inside the Settings.
Inside the secret developer options is
settings
for animation and transition speed.
Here’s how to speed things up.
– Open Settings > About phone
– Scroll down and tap on “Build
number” 7 times
– Now go back to Settings and you
should see new “Developer options”
– Adjust the window and transition
animation scales to .5x or turn them
off completely
4. Locate and wipe your lost phone
Losing your phone is one of the worst
things that can happen.
These devices contain sensitive
information and private
data. If your phone falls into the
wrong hands it could put you in a
world of trouble.
There are apps you can download
to help in the event of a lost phone,
but in order for them to work you
need to have them installed before
something
bad happens.
Luckily there is a built-in way to find
your lost phone and even wipe all of
your personal data.
– Double-check to make sure Android
Device Manager is installed
– Go to google.com/android/
devicemanager
– Select your phone from the menu
– Now you can see the location, ring
it, lock it, or erase it
ENJOY IT???

JAMB updates

JAMB says point system in circulation not criteria for admission

ON JULY 11, 201610:32 AMIN NEWSCOMMENTS

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) says the point system copied from its website as criteria for admission into tertiary institutions in the country and currently circulating was a mere illustration.

This is contained in a statement by the board’s Head, Media and Information, Dr Fabian Benjamin and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Sunday in Lagos.

It said that on the contrary, the Federal Government had approved the re-enforcement of admission guideline as recognised by law.

According to the statement the admission of candidates into tertiary institutions will be based purely on three pillars namely, merit, catchment and educationally less developed states.

It said that the point system that was wrongfully copied from the board’s website and currently being circulated by some media was used for illustration by the Registrar, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde.

“Sequel to the recent workshop convened by the Minister of Education on the modality for 2016 admission into tertiary institutions in Nigeria, the Federal Government approved the re-enforcement of admissions guideline recognised by law.

“This is following the cancellation of the post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

“This is not the point system as widely circulated in some media.

“For the avoidance of doubt, the board wishes to state clearly that the point system is an illustration by the Registrar of JAMB.

“It is meant to demonstrate how a few institutions were using the point system to select candidates while some of their counterparts were subjecting candidates to written test.

“The illustrations are contained in a paper presented by the registrar and placed on our website and was adopted by the media wrongly as the 2016 guideline for admission,’’ the statement said.

It added that the 2016 admissions will be conducted purely on the three existing admission pillars of merit, catchment area and educationally less developed states through the following process.

According to the statement, firstly, a list of candidates who qualified for screening into individual institutions based on the three stipulated criteria will be presented.

It added that such screening did not demand for another test in any form written, oral or electronic.

According to the statement, candidates are to present their Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) results/Advanced Level (AL) results for verification and clearing purposes.

It noted that WAEC, NECO and NBTE results or its equivalent were acceptable as matriculation requirements.

The statement added that each candidate was expected to have a minimum of five credits at SSCE, including English, Mathematics and any other three relevant subjects to his or her discipline.

It said that the list of qualified candidates awaiting SSCE/AL results could be kept in view pending the release of their results.

“Any candidate that does not possess the requirements as listed above is deemed to have failed the screening.

“Consideration of the recommended list as forward by JAMB should be completed within one month from the date of receipt of the list.

“Any institution that has a shortfall in the admitted candidates could make-up for candidates from other departments on the institutions list.

“Reasons for rejection of candidates on the list should be clearly stated with proof provided alongside.

“This is imperative so that the general public will note the correct process,’’ the statement said.

It said that the government had directed that the guidelines must be strictly adhered to without any alterations.

ASUU faults JAMB on new admission guidelines

The Academic Staff Union of Universities
(ASUU), University of Ibadan chapter, has lashed
out at the Joint Admission and Matriculation
Board (JAMB) for acting beyond its powers by
releasing admission guidelines for Nigerian
universities.
The union said it is the mandate of the Senate
of Nigerian universities to regulate admission
modalities and determine what best suits each
institution. The ASUU Chairman at the institution,
Dr. Deji Omole, stated this while reacting to the
2016 admission guidelines recently released by
JAMB. He said both the Minister of Education,
Mallam Adamu Adamu, and JAMB Registrar,
Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, are confused and
inconsistent by first going against collection of
administrative charges under Post-UTME by
universities, but now preaching payment of
screening fees in “its illegal guidelines which is
designed to favour the children of the rich
against the poor.” Omole said Adamu and
Ojerinde are unaware of happenings in Nigeria
universities, adding that the newly released point
– based scoring system is not new as it was
innovated and used at the University of Ibadan
for five years and abandoned. He stressed that
the institution has moved beyond such model of
admitting students. He said, “JAMB is acting
beyond its mandate which is to conduct and
release results. The Senate of universities has
the right to determine the model or guideline to
adopt to admit their students from the pool of
candidates sent to it by JAMB. “Each university
has standards which are not subjected to the
whims and caprices of any government
appointee. JAMB does not have the powers to
tell universities how to conduct their screening.
It is a way to cover up their inadequacies
because JAMB’s credibility as an examination
body is yearly being queried. “JAMB and its
handlers are confused. Last year, they arbitrarily
placed students in private universities to satisfy
the needs of their cronies. These were mainly
children of the poor who had not chosen those
institutions. In the just concluded JAMB
examinations, they awarded candidates with
extra 40 marks without any justification. “Now,
those with two sittings results will be
shortchanged and those awaiting results will be
disadvantaged. There will be rise in result
racketeering at WAEC again as people will be
purchasing grade ‘A’ since that is what will
guarantee admission. “More miracle examination
centers will spring up and JAMB and the minister
would have succeeded in entrenching corruption
and further kill university education in Nigeria.
ASUU stands by university autonomy. JAMB
cannot determine admission guidelines for
universities, rather JAMB must be overhauled to
make their results believable and trusted.

FEDERAL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION EHA-AMUFU ESCAPES ACCREDITATION AXE

It was jubilation galore penultimate
week at the Federal College of Education
Eha-Amufu, Enugu state, as the result of
the 4th Round Accreditation of NCE
Programmes conducted by the National
Commission for Colleges of Education;
NCCE, that recently visited the
institution was released.
This is also as the Executive Secretary of
the commission; Prof.Monday Tommy
Joshua praised the college management
for establishing a standard FM radio
station, saying, “the radio station is one
of the things that made the institution
outstanding among other colleges of
education in Nigeria.
The result of the accreditation exercise
was contained in a report signed on
behalf of the Executive Secretary of the
commission, Professor Monday Tommy
Joshua, by the Acting Director of
Academic Programmes Department, Mr.
V. I. Uji.
Announcing the outcome of the exercise
to the college community during a
congregational assembly, the Provost of
the college, Professor Benjamin
Ndubuisi Mbah, said out of 20
programmes presented for
accreditation, 17 of them received full
accreditation, while three got interim
accreditation.
According to the provost, the full
accreditation status allows the
institution to continue to run a
programme for the next five years, but
added that those with interim
accreditation could continue to run
pending when the identified
deficiencies were addressed.
Quoting from the report, Prof. Mbah
said, “course(s) that attained Interim
Accreditation can continue to run but
the deficiencies noted must be
addressed within nine months for the
re-accreditation of the programmes”.
The provost expressed satisfaction on
the outcome of the accreditation, saying
that the college management will leave
no stone unturned to ensure that all the
courses in the college are given full
accreditation. He commended all those
who contributed to the success of the
assessment exercise, especially the
Chairman of the Accreditation
Committee in the college, Mr. John C.
Nebo, the deputy provost of the college.
“I am excited on the panelist’s result on
the accreditation exercise carried out in
the college. I therefore thank all of you
for putting up gallant efforts to
actualize our collective dream of
successful outing”. We will do
everything humanly possible to get all
the programmes here to achieve full
accreditation, he said.
In her remarks, the Registrar of the
college, Mrs. Celine Ngozi Nebedum,
who officially announced the grade
attained in the accreditation as “A”,
said what constitutes the grade is 70 per
cent and above. She extolled Prof. Mbah,
Deans of schools and all others that
made the college excel during the
accreditation exercise.
Mrs. Nebedum charged those with full
accreditation to pay high degree of
attention to the academic set standard
of the institution, pointing out that they
should not be carried away by the
successes. “As I thank those who worked
towards the success of accreditation of
our programmes, I also advise that
those, whose courses were given full
accreditation, should not pride over
their success. They should maintain the
tempo high as the programmes will face
another accreditation exercise in the
next five years”, the registrar said.
Earlier before the commencement of the
accreditation exercise, the leader of the
Accreditation Team and Acting Director,
Academic Programmes, Mr. V.I. Uji
noted that accreditation of courses in
tertiary institutions is necessary as that
is the only parameter to determine
whether an institution is performing
below or above the set standard,
stressing that no college of education in
Nigeria would have been what it is
today, no matter how well, without an
interval assessment by the Regulatory
body, the NCCE.

JAMB Adopts Point System For 2016 Admission (SEE HOW TO CALCULATE POINTS)

JAMB Adopts Point System For 2016 Admission
(SEE HOW TO CALCULATE POINTS)
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board
has announced the release of its guidelines for
the 2016 admissions’ process.
The method, described as the point system
option, was adopted after an extensive one-week
meeting JAMB had with universities and other
tertiary institutions’ administrators in the
country.
According to the guidelines contained in a
statement placed on its website on Monday
night, JAMB said that the modalities were going
to be based on point system.
While explaining how the admission
process would work for Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination
candidates and direct entry students, the organisation stated that universities were going to charge fees for screening of candidates at the end of the process for admission.
According to JAMB, the new method uses a
point system to offer provisional admission to
candidates.
“Before a candidate can be considered for
screening, he/she must have been offered a
provisional admission by JAMB. The JAMB
admission checker portal is going to be opened
soon for this process, so praying is all you can
do now,” JAMB said.
The second process, it said, was the point
system where admission would depend on the
point tally of the candidate.
The statement said, “JAMB’s provisional
admission no longer makes much sense this
year, your points tally will decide your faith. The
points are evenly spread out between your O’
Level and JAMB results to provide a level-playing
field for all.
“In the first case, any candidate who submits
only one result which contains his/her relevant
subjects already has 10 points. The exam could
be NECO, WASSCE, November/December
WASSCE etc, but any candidate who has two
sittings only gets 2 points. So this means that
candidates with only one result are at an
advantage but only just.”
The organisation added that the “next point
grades fell into the O’ Level grades where each
grade would have it equivalent point; A=6 marks,
B=4 marks, C=3 marks, so the better the
candidates’ grades, the better his or her chances
of securing admission this year.
“The next point is the UTME scores where each
score range has its equivalent point which can
be summarised thus, 180-200=20-23 marks,
200-250=24-33 points, 251-300=34-43,
300-400=44-60 points,” JAMB explained.
Giving a breakdown, JAMB explained that each
category would contain five JAMB results per
point added.
For example a candidate with 180-185 gets 20
points, while a candidate with 186-190 gets 21
points.
JAMB added that the point system for direct
entry would be released soon.
JAMB stated that fees would still be charged for
screening which would replace the Post UTME
test.
JAMB also emphasised that catchment and
educationally less-developed state would still be
used for admission into the nation’s tertiary
institutions.
JAMB said, “Merit contains 45 per cent of the
total candidates for a particular course,
Catchment contains 35 per cent and ELDS and
staff lists contains the rest. Cut off marks will
be released by the institutions this year in the
form of points and not marks.
“If a school declares its cut off mark for
Medicine as 90 points and JAMB grants a
candidate with 250 a provisional admission but
his/her total points falls short of the 90 points,
then he/she will lose the admission. So the
provisional admission is just a means to an end,
not the end in itself.
